Michael Reuben Ntibikema is the Executive Director, a Sociologist and co-founder of Elimu Mwangaza, an organization based in Tanzania focusing on child protection and safeguarding, quality education, child participation and building adolescent girls’ voice and power on their reproductive health and rights. He is a skilled and experienced consultant, practitioner, trainer and researcher with over 14 years’ experience in human rights and international development. He has done several consultancies with local and international organizations on human rights, child protection and safeguarding focusing on trainings, safeguarding audit, safeguarding policy development and review, and research on child protection, human rights and gender. He has provided safeguarding supports and capacities to organizations in Tanzania,Kenya,Uganda and South Sudan. He is a member of Consortium Advisory Group (CAG) on Safeguarding Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH) for Resource and Support Hub (RSH), UK.
